I have master’s degrees in management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and in financial engineering from University of California, Berkeley. I completed my legal education through my juris doctor and LL.M. in taxation from Loyola Law School. I am an Associate of the UK Society of Chartered Financial Analysts and a Charterholder of the Chartered Alternative Analysts Association (CAIA).

I am admitted to practice in the state and federal district courts of California, the U.S. Tax Court, and the AIFC Court.

In terms of civil litigation, I am an expert in personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death. And in terms of corporate law and finance, my practice includes company formation, securities regulation, compliance, taxation, corporate strategy, investment, and risk management.

Through my network of associated firms, I am also able to provide additional legal services such as estate planning, family law, immigration law, and criminal defense.
